Message from Chairman
The rapid advancement of technology and the evolving healthcare landscape have significantly increased the demand for qualified healthcare professionals across the globe. Health education today not only offers meaningful employment opportunities but also provides young individuals with social recognition, professional growth, and a respected position in society.
With this vision, Capital Academy of Nursing began its humble journey in the year 2006 with limited resources but a strong commitment to excellence in nursing education. Through dedication, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of quality, the institution has earned widespread recognition and established itself as a reputed centre for nursing education within a short span of time.
As part of its continuous academic expansion and commitment to advanced professional education, the institution introduced the M.Sc. Nursing Programme in the academic session 2016–17, followed by the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme in 2020–21.
It is a matter of immense pride that during a period when our state faced an acute shortage of trained nursing professionals, Capital Academy of Nursing played a meaningful role in developing competent nursing manpower. Today, our graduates not only contribute significantly to fulfilling the healthcare needs of our state but also extend their professional services to neighbouring states including West Bengal, Bihar, and Chhattisgarh.
