The Placement and Career Guidance Cell of Capital Academy of Nursing is dedicated to preparing students for successful and meaningful careers in nursing and healthcare services. The Cell serves as an important platform connecting aspiring nursing professionals with employment opportunities across government healthcare institutions, private hospitals, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and research centres.Objectives
- To enhance the employability of students through structured training, professional skill development, and career guidance initiatives.
- To establish strong professional connections between healthcare employers and graduating nursing students.
- To provide career counselling and guidance for higher education, specialization, research, government services, and employment opportunities.
- To organize placement assistance programmes, career development activities, campus interactions, and recruitment support.
- To strengthen communication skills, clinical competence, leadership abilities, professional ethics, and interview readiness among students.
The Placement and Career Guidance Cell actively engage with healthcare institutions, multi-specialty hospitals, government healthcare organizations, community health centres, educational institutions, and research establishments to support students in exploring career opportunities. Students receive regular exposure through career counselling sessions, professional development programmes, workshops, seminars, aptitude enhancement activities, personality development sessions, group discussions, and mock interview practices.
Graduates of Capital Academy of Nursing pursue professional opportunities across State Government Hospitals, Central Government Healthcare Institutions, private multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare centres, nursing institutions, and research organizations across India.
