REQUEST ID CARD
- Identity Card testifies to the holder's status as a student of Capital Academy of Nursing.
- The Card holder is responsible for its safe keeping.
- Identity Card is not transferable.
- Loss of Identity Card should be reported immediately to the appropriate authority of the college.
- In case of loss of Identity Card, dupliacte card will be issued on payment of Rs. 100/-.
- Identity Card has to be produced on demand in Institute activities & Examinations to claim the priviledges as a student of the Institute.
- In case the Card holder is discontinued for any reason whatsoever, the Card will autimatically be invalidated and the holder has to immediately return it back to the institute authority.
